Waking up early

  All of us know the proverb, 'Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise". But we also know that waking children up in the morning is not an ealy task. Let's look at how to make it easier.    As in the saying, if the child is in the habit of going bed late then waking up early is difficult. So, make it a strict practice to send your children early to bed. Children need eight hours of sleep or more. Toddlers and primary school children may need ten hours. in many homes, this is not the case. As both parents are working, the effective day begins in the evening by 6 pm or 7 pm. That may be the family time after all the hurry burry in the morning and all through the day. Try to adjust the faily schedule so that the house is quiet in the evening, lights are switched off, there are no blaring sounds etc. Then children will feel sleepy automatically.      Another Thing to be taken care of is not to let child watch TV or use mobile late ...
