Dear Students and Parents,

Myself Sreyoskar Saha, Primary Teacher of Banimandir Railway Higher Secondary School, Siliguri Junction. 

In my 20 years long teaching journey I have been nurturing the young minds when they step out to the outer world for the first time through first schooling expeience. It is my personal feelings that the imparting education to children has become more engaging, vast and outspread.

Every child is unique. Every child has their own distint personality, strengths, weakness and learning style. Recognizing and embracing this individuality is essential for their growth and developments. 

As parents, guardians and teachers we need to acknowledge the uniqueness and help them children to grow into confident, creative and compassionate individuals through proper support and guidance.

Here, in this blog, I'll highlight some of the points which needs better attention from parenting side to make our children ready to cope up and embrace the beautiful world around them. 

I believe, together we can make our childrens learning experience beautiful, sustainable and enjoying.

Waking up early

  All of us know the proverb, 'Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy wealthy and wise". But we also know that waking children up in the morning is not an ealy task. Let's look at how to make it easier.    As in the saying, if the child is in the habit of going bed late then waking up early is difficult. So, make it a strict practice to send your children early to bed. Children need eight hours of sleep or more. Toddlers and primary school children may need ten hours. in many homes, this is not the case. As both parents are working, the effective day begins in the evening by 6 pm or 7 pm. That may be the family time after all the hurry burry in the morning and all through the day.
